Calibration Project Manager

The Calibration Project Manager is responsible for leading coordinating and reporting calibration activities across multiple electrified propulsion system projects. The role ensures the successful delivery of project objectives by managing budgets schedules risks stakeholders and validation milestones while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead calibration project activities while ensuring compliance with quality cost and timing objectives.
• Develop maintain and monitor project schedules and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets financial forecasting and cost tracking.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between all stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and leadership teams.
• Organize and lead project reviews management reviews and quality gate reviews.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project KPIs and ensure achievement of performance targets.
• Monitor deliverable maturity and convergence at key project milestones.
• Manage escalation processes and support issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective action plans when necessary.

Planning and Systems Management

• Update and maintain project schedules using Planisware .
• Analyze and monitor product data through PLM systems.
• Consolidate project volumes milestones and deliverables.
• Develop dashboards KPI reports and management presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint tools.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Automotive or related field).
